The student(s) will help ESL Staff answer questions from builders, code inspectors, and building officials all over Texas. This position is really a facilitation position in that some questions can be answered immediately  (web calculators &#34;how to&#34; questions), but other questions will require working with Staff to properly answer..&#60;/p&#62;

&#60;p&#62;Duties: The CSS Analyst position is a customer-facing job where you will be the primary point of contact for training, troubleshooting and post-sales support to ensure world-class customer satisfaction.  The CSS Analyst position is comprised of two major roles:&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Help Desk: As a senior member of the Help Desk, you will work directly with clients, customers, partners and internal departments via telephone and e-mail to log, track, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as well as train customers and peers on the use and support of hosted applications.  The CSS Analyst will act as a Help Desk team lead, providing Tier II support for escalated issues and assisting with the management of a subset of inter-related applications.  This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to resolve customer support issues in a timely manner, and you should demonstrate exceptional initiative and creativity in the development of solutions for complex situations.  You will also be assigned special projects as needed as well as assist with Help Desk technician training, development and service quality assurance.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;The CSS Analyst may be required to work before or after normal business hours in order to provide extended support services for clients worldwide (help desk currently operates 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM CST).  &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Field Support: As a subject matter expert of supported applications, the CSS Analyst may occasionally travel to client sites to facilitate software installation and client/end user training and to perform on-site troubleshooting when remote support is not feasible for issue resolution.  Up to 5% annual domestic travel may be required to fulfill these duties.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: The ideal candidate will have previous work experience involving problem solving, software support, and/or customer service related fields as well as the following skills:&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Knowledgeable in the use of a variety of web browsers&#60;br /&#62;
Adept in Microsoft Office applications&#60;br /&#62;
Strong verbal and written communication skills&#60;br /&#62;
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, is a team player, and has the ability to take initiative&#60;br /&#62;
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change easily&#60;br /&#62;
Self motivated, responsible, patient&#60;br /&#62;
Career-minded, results-driven personality with strong commitment to follow-through&#60;br /&#62;
Preferred Skills: Computer programming or web development experience &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or technical field.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Compensation: Commensurate with experience; range is $26,000-$35,975 annually&#60;/p&#62;
