Serves as programmer and webmaster with the HSC OIT with an emphasis on the Office of Finance and Administration. Provides day-to-day oversight of the content of the webpages. Reviews, designs, codes, and tests complex programs, program modifications, or applications; develops specifications based on input from the customer. Creates complex design documents; assists project leader with developing work plan and time schedules for computing projects including outlining phases and identifying personnel and computing equipment requirements.
